Our international offshore trusts packages either contain an ordinary trust — one in which you appoint your own trustees (only available in Belize, Seychelles) or a trust with nominee services in which we the agent acts as the trustee (available in Belize, Nevis). trusts must have either a Nevis Corporation or an agent (us) as one of the trustees. As your agent we set up the trust with one trustee (us). However, you may choose to form your own Nevis Offshore Company to act as trustee.

Renewals for foundations start from the 2nd year and cover: Government renewal fee, registered office fee, Registered agent fee, secretary fees and nominee services if nominee member are selected.
